Also, give him the Quick trait and optimize as much as possible to whittle his HP down to 1. He definitely does have the ability to fling the player around at will. His Telekinesis might be best served with 5 levels in Master of the Unseen Hand and a Ring of Telekinesis, since he doesn't really use anything that could be modelled by 8th or 9th level spells (Foresight? Maybe?). Sans doesn't have to endlessly dodge, only dodge enough times to annoy you. You can probably model him with a Conjurer with Abrupt Jaunt, and give him a very high intelligence. Also the room with the "strange machine" after getting his code word from "Seeming to know like you already know what going to happen." and asking if your a time traveler basically implies he can. That's why you can't kill him and he simply goes to grillby's to meet papyrus.
He can load and save similar to Frisk/Chara.
